list of Registered Ships/Boats around Australia

I recent letter I sent off to Qantas;

Customer Care
Qantas Airways Pty Ltd Level 5 Building A 203 Coward Street
Mascot NSW 2020

28/9/2006 Customer Care,

I am a Frequent Flyer with Qantas (Member Number: ***) and have been traveling fairly regularly over the last year with your Airline. I am very impressed with your service and the satisfaction that I get when flying compared with other competitors.

The reason for this letter I would like to bring up an issue which I noticed recently at the Perth Domestic Terminal on the 14/9/2006. An incident which occurred while I was watching the cleaning staff; the "news paper recycle bins” that Qantas provides at various Domestic terminals around Australia for recycling l believe should be reviewed. The cleaning staff (at Perth Domestic Terminal) did not seem to demonstrate that the bins were any different from the normal rubbish bins that were provided next to the news paper bins. The news papers were dumped in the black wheelie bins along with normal rubbish.

If Qantas is going to provide recycle bin for customers to use in the effort to "reduce-reuse-¬recycle" I would like to know; Is this process carried out professionally and successfully at all your Qantas run Terminal's around Australia?

I would like a reply in relationship to this matter as it is of great concern to the Australian community and Qantas Customers.

Thank you kindly and regards,

Neil.

An Inconvenient Truth

I saw this movie last night and was very impressed with it's point of view and way of putting the message across to the general public. Well worth seeing if you wish to be informed about the world that is changing right now. * * * * * Stars
