Big win for tobacco in $194b case. 07/07/2006. ABC News Online: "In a huge victory for the tobacco industry, the Florida Supreme Court has refused to reinstate a $US145 billion ($194 billion) punitive damages award against major cigarette makers found liable for selling a dangerous product."

Superman Returns
I saw Superman Returns last night at the theatres. It was much like the first 2 Superman movies made back in the 80's but with more black humour a few twists added and lots of comic book action fun. Definitely worth checking out if you have the chance to see it. 4/5 Stars. It also had a lot of comic book style action ... I won't give it all away though.
