Well I heard from Qantas regarding the letter I sent them in the mail a little while ago. Apparently it has nothing to do with them. I believe that the recycle bins that are actually used at these airports around Australia are a farce. They are used to make the consumer (the person who is flying with Qantas) think that they are a good environmentally sound company. The fact appears that they do not ideally care for such matters. You have to wonder whether they actually put the bins in place as a marketing ploy or in effort to reduce waste. The waste which actually has nothing to do with Qantas. As it's up to the Airport cleaning staff to look after.
